I Do Favor for a Friend, She Paid Me with iPod Touch

Well, not exactly. Let me share you the story.

I have this online friend in the name of Janette Toral. She asked me a favor to like and/or comment on her entry for the "1 Minute Fun Flick Fest" of the "Enjoy Philippines" Fan Page in Facebook. Well, it'll just consume less than a couple of minutes of my time, so I do her a favor.


I did not really read the mechanics, I just do the norms - liked Enjoy Philippines, liked her video entry, and left a comment related to her entry. Then one day, someone sent me a message in Facebook telling me that I can claim my prize at (enter address here). I am really surprised for I know not of a contest where I won or anything, so I reply with a strange message asking "what prize?", LOL! She then explained to me about the 1 Minute Fun Flick Fest contest. It slowly sank into my senses. I searched Facebook and found this Notes page:


I won! I really do. And I did not just won a gift certificate or something, I won an 8GB iPod Touch (2nd Generation).


You see, helping someone wholeheartedly really pays off.
